New In-Ground Residential Pool Installations

Hayward® pumps, filters, heaters, heat pumps, automatic pool cleaners, automation controls and electronic chlorine generators are backed by individual limited warranties (refer to the specific product warranty cards for details). When you purchase and install a performance-engineered Totally Hayward System, you enjoy the additional coverage and security of the Totally Hayward System extended warranty.

To qualify for the Totally Hayward System extended warranty, there must be a Hayward® pump (booster pump does not qualify) and filter in combination with one of the following products: Hayward heater, heat pump, automatic pool cleaner, automation control, electronic chlorine generator, and this year ColorLogic® LED lighting.

  • Pumps: An extension of the original warranty from one year to three years on ALL parts. The extended warranty only applies to the NorthStar™, TriStar®, TriStar Energy Solution® variable speed pump and control, Super II™, Super Pump®, Max-Flo® and Max-Flo II™ pumps.
  • Filters: An extension of the original warranty from one year to three years on ALL parts, excluding grids and cartridges.
  • Heaters: An extension of the original warranty from one year to three years on ALL parts.
  • Heat Pumps: An extension of the original warranty from one year to three years on ALL parts.
  • Pressure Cleaners: An extension of the original warranty from one year to three years on ALL parts, excluding wearable components of debris bags and whip/sweep hoses.
  • Suction Cleaners: An extension of the original warranty from one year to three years on ALL parts, excluding wearable components of shoes, wings and flaps.
  • Stratum®: An extension of the original warranty from year to three years on ALL parts.
  • ColorLogic® LED Lighting: An extension of the original warranty from year to three years on ALL parts.
  • Controls: An extension of the original warranty from year to three years on ALL parts. Sense and Dispense® probes are limited to a 1-year warranty.
  • Electronic Chlorine Generators:An extension of the original warranty from one year to three years on ALL parts. ‘W’ labeled chlorine generators are limited to a 1-year warranty.
  • Hayward Robotics: TigerShark® QC and TigerShark Plus have a standard 3-year parts and bench labor policy. All other Hayward robotic/electric cleaners maintain 1-year parts and bench labor warranty and are not eligible for extended warranty participation.
  • Hayward Disc Cleaners: Maintain a standard 1-year parts warranty and are not eligible for extended warranty participation.

Labor: the components of the Totally Hayward System carry a respective limited labor coverage, if applicable. Please refer to the original warranty terms and conditions for full warranty information and exclusions. This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the equipment and is not transferable.
